COMMERCIAL WORK

We were privileged to be the custom builder for a local National historic landmark, Magnolia Plantation here in Charleston, South Carolina where we were given the task of reconstructing the Audubon Swamp Walkway. The Audubon Swamp was where artist John James Audubon came to observe waterfowl, and was also one of the locations for the movie "The Swamp Thing" by Wes Craven.

We reconstructed 1,750 feet of walkways, converting them from small 4 feet wide walkways, to 8 feet wide, golfcart and handicap accessible walkways. We also added observation decks and widened bridges for greater accessiblity...

The Audubon Swamp walkway is visited by thousands every year. We are proud to be the builder to help make that possible.
